Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon 2005
On February 12, 2005 a volunteer appreciation luncheon
was held at the hall.
About 80 of our volunteers enjoyed a beautiful Greek meal with all the
trimmings.
Shirley Bruer shared about the importance of volunteers, the mission, and the
commitment that the
Salvation Army has to “doing it better”. Volunteers received a
certificate and a key chain as a
small token of the wonderful gift they give to enable The Salvation Army to
continue
“to serve suffering humanity”, in the Bruce Peninsula.
Special thanks to all who worked so hard to make this event a success.
